I'm Malia

I grew up in Seattle learning how to appreciate the art of music through the local music scene and the beauty of the outdoors by exploring the oodles of nature that surrounds us. Hobbies include dancing to 2000s pop songs in my living room and watching the sunset over the Puget Sound. I’ve got 3 four-legged friends who I spend most of my time with. One dog, one cat, and one dragon (but don’t tell her she can’t breathe fire. We all have dreams, right?).

But don’t take it from me…

She did a great job capturing the fleeting moments and produced pictures that we love. She has a great eye for composition and light. She also made our kids (and us!) feel comfortable and was flexible to come along in our family rhythm, which I think helped produce really natural but beautiful pictures.

Even with the Seattle rain, we were able to get great pictures. My partner and I are not "in front of the camera" people, and Malia helped us feel so comfortable during our shoot. She worked with our puppy as well to get some great shots of her! Malia is the dog whisperer. We had these printed and the quality was awesome!
